When I realized that Katrina’s baptism is just around the corner (December) I had the forethought to have Nicole take her pics the same day as our family ones. Sometimes I surprise myself when I actually remember things. It was nice to have these taken in October rather than do it in December when it’s too wet outside and we are crazy busy with the holiday season.
I have to add that seeing my girls in white dresses is so special and almost sacred to me. I think of them on their blessing days and in the future, their wedding days. I also cannot help but think of my sweet little Mara who wore a beautiful white dress when I saw her last in this earthly life. Obviously seeing my happy, healthy Katrina in this white dress is soothing to my heart and soul. She makes me happy! Love her to pieces! I can’t get over how perfectly Nicole captured her.
